Karen Menyfield

Hello, my name is Karen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Every one of us has a story, and every story should be heard. Life is a journey, and you are the master of your destination. I am here to help guide you as you explore solutions to being a healthier you. The main reason I became a therapist is because I have always held a passion for helping people. And I've always believed that with a little help and guidance, we can all grow to be our best selves. I currently work with adults and have experience with criminal justice matters, drugs and alcohol, and other matters causing disruptions with every day living. My experience includes working as a therapist and case worker for various non-profit agencies. My career began as a case manager, working within the community and helping individuals live better lives by navigating through entitlement programs and providing additional support. From there, I transitioned into a therapist role and I continue to work with many different adult populations, gaining their trust at a most difficult time. It is these skills I continue to appreciate and use while providing much needed support and encouragement. Openings for appointments are currently available and can be made from this page.
